When will I receive my product?

For all products, except those in our made-to-order range, we aim to ship within 2 business days.

Choozy dog bed range

These custom-made dog beds are meticulously tailor made to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for these items to arrive at your doorstep.

We ship with Australia Post and take care to package your items to ensure their safety during transit. Products are dispatched using regular post services.

Packaging

Some products are vacuum-sealed down for transportation. Once unpacked, these items may take a couple of days to fully expand into their intended shape and size.

Product Availability

Choozy dog beds are made to order. Color choices and fabric options may vary based on fabric and seasonal availability. We will always communicate the available choices to you if the selected item is unavailable. Rest assured, if the colour options available at the time of order are not suitable to you, we will happily refund.
