From time to time, we offer free shipping on selected products. When available, a promotional code will be provided and can be entered at checkout.
For all other items, shipping and handling costs may apply and vary by location within Australia. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When Will I Receive My Order?
In-stock products
For all products excluding our made-to-order range, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days.
Choozy dog bed range (made to order)
Our Choozy dog beds are custom-made in Australia and meticulously crafted to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks from the time of purchase for your dog bed to be made and delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery Method
We ship orders via Australia Post and take great care to package all items securely to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are generally dispatched using standard Australia Post services unless otherwise specified.
Packaging
Some products may be vacuum-sealed for transport. Once unpacked, these items may take a couple of days to fully expand and return to their intended shape and size. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product. This applies to selected products only.
Product Availability
Choozy dog beds are made to order, and fabric colours or options may occasionally vary due to fabric availability or seasonal changes.
If your selected fabric or colour is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternative options. If the available alternatives are not suitable, we will offer a full refund, no fuss.
A Note on Product Measurements
All measurements listed on our product pages are approximate.
Choozy dog beds are individually handmade, and each bed in the range is crafted using different fabrics and fills — from soft sherpa and plush lambswool to breathable summer cotton and durable oilskin. Because these materials each have their own natural loft, thickness, and weight, the finished dimensions of your chosen product may vary slightly from the measurements shown.
This is a normal and expected part of the handmade process — not a fault. A sherpa-lined bed will naturally sit and measure a little differently to a cotton one, even when made to the same pattern. It’s part of what makes each bed unique.
If you have a specific space to fill or a dog who is right on the border between sizes, we recommend measuring the area where your dog sleeps and contacting us before ordering — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

Delivery Delays & Extraordinary Circumstances
While we always aim to meet stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include supply chain disruptions, staff illness, carrier delays, or other extraordinary events.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding should delays arise, and we will always do our best to keep you informed.
