When will I receive my product?

For all products, except those in our made-to-order range, we aim to ship within 2 business days.

Premium dog bed range

Our custom-made product range is meticulously handcrafted to order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for these items to arrive at your doorstep.

We ship with Australia Post and take care to package your items to ensure their safety during transit. Our products are dispatched using regular post services.

Update April 2024 – Packaging

It’s important to mention that some products are vacuum-sealed for transportation. These items may require a couple of days to fully expand into their intended shape and size once unpacked.

Update July 2022 – Covid

Please note, delivery of products sometimes takes a little longer due to delays caused from covid; staff illness, close contact quarantine restrictions, supply line disruptions etc. We appreciate your patience during this time.
